What if meditation wasn’t something to master - but something your body already knows how to do? Instinctive Meditation® is a gentle, intuitive approach that honors your natural rhythms. No rigid postures. No pressure to silence your mind. Just a sacred space to listen, unwind, and reconnect with your spirit. Instead of forcing stillness or blank thoughts, we follow what feels good - breath, movement, sound, sensation, or stillness, whatever your system needs most in the moment. I draw from the Radiance Sutras® School of Meditation, where I’ve trained with Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine, and am an authorized Instinctive Meditation® teacher and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. 💫 Why this practice matters: Instinctive Meditation is more than a one-time experience - it’s a powerful, ongoing tool to help you stay energetically clear, emotionally balanced, and spiritually aligned.
