My story
For most of my life, I lived from my head. Logical, capable, and endlessly productive, I built a thriving career in the meetings and events industry, negotiating thousands of hotel and convention center contracts, reading a room in seconds, and delivering exactly what was needed. That skill made me highly successful in business, but it also kept me disconnected from myself.
Behind the control and composure was exhaustion. Even when life looked “fine” from the outside, I felt off. Fragmented. Like I was carrying invisible weight I couldn’t name, let alone release. No amount of strategy, journaling, or mindset work touched it. Eventually, the burnout became too loud to ignore. I sensed there was more, more beneath the surface of what I’d been trained to push through. I began to shift inward. Not to chase healing, but to listen. In stillness, I discovered what my nervous system had been holding for years. I learned to release what wasn’t mine.
Slowly, I came home to myself.
That journey brought me to energy work, intuitive development, and Spirit-Guided clearing. I realized the very skills that made me successful in business, my intuition, ability to read energy, and talent for creating flow, were also powerful tools for helping people reclaim their own clarity and sovereignty.
Today, I balance both worlds. I continue to serve my corporate clients with the same sharp negotiation skills and strategic insight I’ve honed over decades, and I also work with individuals seeking grounded energetic support. Whether it’s a boardroom or a healing session, my approach is the same: create a safe, aligned space where transformation can happen naturally.
Because real change doesn’t shout. It listens. And when you feel safe enough to let go, your truth rises all on its own.
