We were taught that success means movement. Goals. Growth. Productivity. Awards. Recognition. But what if the real work of living is energetic?


After decades in business, I learned how to manage projects, meetings, and people.What I hadn’t learned was how to manage my own energy. I thought progress and success meant staying busy. Over time, I realized that steadiness creates more lasting success than speed ever could.


My career gave me structure. My spiritual path taught me presence. For a long time, I thought I had to choose between them, but that only created tension.
