Stop Peering Over the Fence and Water Your Own Flowers

The comparison traps
It’s easy to get caught up in what others are doing. It could be in the form of scrolling through social media, watching how someone else runs their life, business, or relationships. But constantly peering over the fence doesn’t just distract you, it also dilutes your energy. When your focus is scattered, your own garden suffers.
Bringing in energy that isn’t yours
When you obsess over the path of someone else, you often absorb some of their energy. Whether you know it or not, their expectations, pressures, and even self-doubt can creep in and cloud your energy. This pulls at your inner sovereignty and can lead to all sorts of issues. Then eventually, you start questioning your path.
Nurture you
Your growth matters. Your path is all yours. And your energy? It belongs only with you. Every time you tend to your own space, you reclaim your power. You can do this by journaling, meditating, taking a walk or simply pausing to focus on your own breathing. The only way your flowers will bloom is if you water them.

A reminder
You don’t need to be anywhere else. You don’t need to carry energy that isn’t yours. Stay rooted. Stay sovereign. And trust that when you focus on your own soil, the beauty grows naturally.
